One of these identified areas in many organizations is training associates to take personal responsibility and accountability for their jobs. This may sound rudimentary, however, in our work with clients, company leaders consistently ask us how to get their associates to work more effectively together to accomplish all that needs done. We believe in many cases this revolves around associates taking personal responsibility and accountability for their roles within the organization.

Personality Assessments

Another training tool we utilize is a personality assessment tool used to describe typical behavior of an individual based on the online assessment completed.

The tool can be used as a resource tool to help improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. It was psychometrically developed to provide the most accurate and detailed information to the user. The user can be an Individual, a Work- or Volunteer Team, or an entire Business Team.

The tool is nonjudgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. Participants will be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about their personality and behavior. The tool reports provides common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. The resulting profiles help you and your team:

• Increase their self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates them, what causes them stress and how to solve problems

• Facilitate better teamwork, minimize team conflict and improve communication skills

• Develop stronger skills by identifying and responding to client and customer styles

• Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members

• Become more self-knowledgeable, well-rounded and effective leaders.
